“Bring me your suffering. The rattle roar of broken bones. Bring me the riot in your heart. Angry, wild and raw. Bring it all. I am not afraid of the dark.”

A BIT ABOUT THERAPY

Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing

Motherhood is one of the most rewarding—and demanding—roles we can take on. You give so much of yourself every day, and it’s easy to put your own needs on hold. But just like your body feels better after a good stretch or a walk outside, your heart and mind need that same kind of care and attention.

Therapy is a bit like exercise for your emotional well-being. It might feel hard to start, especially when you're busy caring for others, but once you're there, it often brings a sense of relief—like taking a deep breath after holding it for too long. It’s a space just for you, where you can release what you’ve been holding in, gain clarity, and gently strengthen the parts of you that feel stretched thin.

Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again—not just as a mother, but as a whole person.

You deserve that kind of care, too.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Are you a new or experienced mom feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite like yourself? Whether you’re adjusting to life with a newborn, juggling multiple kids, recovering from birth, or carrying the invisible weight of motherhood—you're not alone. So many women struggle silently with the emotional and mental demands of pregnancy and parenting. I specialize in perinatal mental health, helping women navigate the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and all stages of motherhood with greater clarity, support, and self-compassion.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 15 years of experience supporting women through life transitions. I’ve received specialized training through Postpartum Support International and use evidence-based approaches as well as psychoeducation, to help you build insight and regain a sense of control and confidence.

My style is warm, genuine, and to the point—with a sense of humor when it’s needed. I believe therapy should feel like a real, honest conversation where you feel supported and understood. I’m here to help you feel more like yourself again—with compassion, clarity, and a little lightness.
